Power research that can change the lives of your community
Every moment you are using Sanius Health you are powering research that can change the lives of your community.

Story
Sanius Health is a health tech company dedicated to improving rare disease treatment and advancing research into rare and chronic conditions.
Sanius began its journey in 2021 in London, with a focus to support patients living with rare diseases. Since then, we have expanded to support patients in the US, Europe and the Middle East by partnering with their healthcare providers and patient groups. We are a team that is passionate about patients with rare diseases as we have experienced first-hand what it feels like to be in the dark about your health.
We aim to improve access to care, patient outcomes, and access to new medicines.
Vision
We envision a world where patients get value back when research companies use their data, which is why we’ve created a platform that benefits patients from the moment they start using it. Data gathered through Sanius Health powers wider research while helping patients manage their wellbeing and improve their outcomes every day.
Mission
Rare doesn’t have to mean isolated.
Our mission is to ensure no one with a rare disease has to go through it alone. With 1 in 17 people experiencing a rare disease at some point in our lives, it turns out our experience is not that rare after all.
People with rare diseases spend 99% of their lives outside of the hospital, yet their care is based solely on what’s seen in appointments. Sanius goes beyond hospital data so that clinical decisions can be based upon the full picture, not just 1% of it.
Rare doesn’t
have to mean isolated

When you’re at home, you’re feeling sick, and you start panicking… you need the tools to monitor exactly how you’re feeling and what’s causing you to feel this way. The data helps demonstrate that what we’re going through is a real problem that needs to be addressed.

Quick facts

Can the Sanius Health system give my local hospital access to my medical records?
Your Subtitle Goes Here
Definitely. We would be happy to work with your treatment centre to provide access, only with your permission.

Who can see my data?
Your Subtitle Goes Here
Please refer to our long-form document and policy, which outlines this in a lot of detail here.

How is my data used?
Your Subtitle Goes Here
We only use de-identified data for clinical research, but NEVER for a single patient. The data is normally grouped to answer questions like: ‘How many hospital admissions have patients had?’ We blend this with other de-identified data from the programme to answer research questions that help patients with new therapies, or to ensure therapies are working as they should be.

“I can get my records from the NHS, so what’s the difference?”
Your Subtitle Goes Here
Your NHS records only provide a small snapshot of your health, gathered from sporadic appointments with your GP.
Sanius offers these GP notes combined with so much more: hospital data, coaching, relevant articles, access to the partner network, daily reported live biometrics, CT scans, Genomics test results, and quarterly home bloods. Compared to the NHS app, Sanius is a game-changer for patients.
Sanius also rewards you for your data – you contribute a lot to research already, and you deserve to be recognised and rewarded for that.

Will I need to attend any appointments/meetings? What will you require from me?
Your Subtitle Goes Here
We do not need you to attend any additional meetings or appointments with Sanius. All we require from you is your consent to access your medical records and the data from your device.

What are the admissions criteria?
Your Subtitle Goes Here
The current intake criteria is for patients that are 18+ years of age and living with a rare disease. We are starting in the UK before including the US, Middle East, and other key countries. For younger patients, we are currently reviewing this with our clinical team and will release a detailed admissions protocol shortly. However, we are currently including these patients on a waiting list and reviewing on a case-by-case basis for early admission with parental consent.

Do I need to pay to join the programme?
Your Subtitle Goes Here
No form of payment is required for you to join us at Sanius.

Can I refer other people that I know to the Eleven Health programme?
Your Subtitle Goes Here
Of course, we are constantly looking to expand our reach to patients. You can refer a patient to us by directing them to this link. Please refer back to Question 5 and review our admissions criteria.
