The Multiple Myeloma app empowers users to take control of their health journey through multiple symptom and remote monitoring capabilities. Users can monitor everything from daily physical activities and sleep patterns to hydration levels and quality of life metrics using clinically validated assessment tools. In addition, patients may enter their blood test results including full blood count, kidney function, and myeloma markers (paraprotein, serum free light chains) to facilitate tracking over time in graph format.

Getting started: How do I set up the app?

To get started, you’ll need to set up your digital patient wallet. When you’ve downloaded the app, log in with your email to receive a unique authentication code. Once you’ve entered your code you’ll reach the home screen of the app, where you’ll be able to log your symptoms, blood test results, medications, psychological well-being and other scores.
You’ll also find several links on the dashboard with direct access to key information, news and updates.

How can I download a report of my outcomes?

Once you’ve logged your outcomes, they’ll appear on the dashboard under the ‘Latest Key Measurements’ section on the home screen. By tapping on a particular metric, you can download a copy of the results to your device. These insights can then be shared with family members and your healthcare team.

How can I view and log my blood results?

You can certainly view and log your blood results on the My Multiple Myeloma app. This is available on the home screen of your Digital Patient Wallet. To view your results, simply click on the specific blood results you would like to review.

How frequently do I need to log my outcomes?

You should try and log your outcomes every day. The more frequently and regularly you log your outcomes, the better the technology can understand your condition and your lived experience of it. If you miss a day, don’t worry- you will be able to back date your inputs for up to 21 days.
